Cancellation Policies
Normal Hair/Spa Appointments – If canceled within 24 hours of your appointment it is a 50% service fee charge. A no-call no-show is a 100% service charge.

Hair Extension Appointments – If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the appointment it is a 50% service fee. If it is a no-call no-show it is a 100% service charge.
